This 4-townhouse development has been granted approval by the Whitehorse City Council. Initially, the client planned to develop five 2-bedroom townhouses, but after consulting with us, they agreed to adjust the plan to four 3-bedroom townhouses, which better aligns with the market demand.

Our design proposal boasts a modern architectural style, featuring a flat roof, a sturdy build form at the lower level, and recessed top floors separated into two groups, reducing visual bulk. The building facade is highly articulated, with a simple yet effective palette of materials and finishes, including white exposed brick, metal cladding, and renders that blend well with the surrounding area.

Our team's expertise in the residential real estate market and creative capability helped us to advise the client on the most effective solution for their development.

We're excited to see the final result of this project, which we believe will be a stunning addition to the Whitehorse community.
